Welliv Home Care provides in-home care services including:
- Pediatric home care (GAPP services, skilled nursing, special needs support)
- Adult home care (personal care, companion care, memory care, chronic condition management)
- Respite care and hospital-to-home transitions
- Wellness and coaching programs
- Care coordination and Medicaid/GAPP assistance
Services are subject to availability, geographic coverage, and applicable regulatory requirements. We serve the greater Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding Georgia communities.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals and families residing in our service area who meet applicable clinical and program eligibility criteria. Enrollment in programs such as GAPP/Medicaid is subject to state authorization.
3. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in ways that violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, transmit harmful content, or reproduce our content without written permission.
4. SMS and Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Welliv Home Care regarding appointments, care updates, and service information. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages.
5. Privacy and HIPAA
Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use. As a healthcare provider, we comply with HIPAA in handling Protected Health Information.
6. Payment and Billing
Clients or authorized representatives are responsible for providing accurate insurance, Medicaid, or payment information. Billing disputes should be directed to info@wel-liv.com.

All website content — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Welliv LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
